SSMC was established in January 1995.
We started at the Scarborough Beach Medical Centre and moved to the current location in the year 2000.
Our approach to massage is very special. We combine extraordinary skills, therapeutic presence, and genuine care in all of our techniques
We offer treatments of sports related injuries and chronic Myofascial pain, as well as therapy geared towards injury prevention and performance enhencment
Sports massage therapy is a unique combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and assisted stretching to treat and prevent numerous injuries and promote a healthy active lifestyle. Our treatments are effective for active individuals and athletes of all abilities who can't let pain and injury slow them down. Our treatments are beneficial not only for sports related injuries, but also for Motor vehicle or Work related injuries
